在template\default\forum下面找到forumdisplay_fastpost.htm文件：

搜索：<input type="text" id="subject" name="subject" class="px" value="" onkeyup="strLenCalc(this, 'checklen', 80);" tabindex="11" style="width: 25em" />将80改成你想要的数字
